"This review is just for the customer service. We went to "exchange" the heelys for my daughter & not return it. 1/1/24 The employee asked if I was the one who called ahead about it. I said no. Apparently, the one who did can exchange theirs. The guy who was there said (The only nice one) said it's ok to then he got nudged by the other employee & just let the ladies do the talking and told us that they won't accept it. The shoes was purchased from this store. I decided to call the Florida mall branch and ask if they can do the exchange even with wheels on (not used outside) and they said yes since a lot people got it over the holidays. I called customer service afterwards and informed me that there shoudn't be a problem exchanging them. I ended up getting the next size up at Millenia store no questions asked when I exchanged it."

"Typing this review as I’m leaving Altamonte mall. I came in to the store on a Friday at 8pm (online it says it’s closes at 9pm). I wanted to exchange a pair of sneakers I bought online for a smaller size, just one size down. Something very simple. I walk in and a man wearing a hat and glasses says “how can I help you?” I tell him what I’m there for. He then says that he cannot help me, they are closed and he’s closing the register. Mind you there’s someone buying at the register and what looked like a family inside looking around to me. I thought he was joking at first because he literally just asked me how can he help me, to then say I cannot help you. Very poor customer service as all I was asking for was an exchange. I felt he just didn’t want to help me, rather than he couldn’t."

"Just got great customer service from Jade. She was awesome. I was frustrated when I came in and she was so patient. I left in a good mood after dealing with her. I would have left the mall with no shoes if it wasn’t for her great customer service. Thanks jade!!"
