"My fiance booked an appointment for a Wednesday morning. The first employee we encountered was extremely rude. He barely welcomed us and when we said we had an appointment he brushed us off and said just go back there and pointed. We then talked to another employee who couldn't find the appointment but tried to help. He picked out something for my fiance to try on but then disappeared. The rude employee was having issues with the computer so our guy ended up finishing with the rude employee's customer. We finally ended up with another employee who was fantastic! I will get his name during pick up, he helped us match items to the suit and took measurements. While I was walking around looking, there was another customer picking up his order who was sharing his experience with the rude employee, it was clearly not his first time being terrible to customers."

"The salesman who helped us was very knowledgeable and understood exactly what we were looking for. He even suggested items that that turned out to be spot on and were great gifts. He was patient and very kind. Because of him we will be shopping here again. I am sorry we do not remember his name but we will remember our experience in this store because of him. He was very dapper himself."

"My husband decided to purchase his suit for our wedding here. The quality was very nice and was able to get it in time since we bought it last minute. They were able to tailor the suit to him so that it fit him very nicely. When we went to pick it up, he tried it on and the pants were too short. Waited about 30 minutes for them to lengthen it, so not too long. My father in law had to come pick his suit up on another day because his shirt was too big and pants too short. Once everything fit as they should they looked good. And they have a suit to wear for any other occasion where they might need one."
