"The Associate and manager were very rude and unaccommodating when a return/exchange was requested. Also was charged for a shirt they never did the return on and paid for it twice. Wasn’t given a receipt. When return was attempted for another online order, associate immediately tried to give store credit rather than ask for my credit card to return on. Will not return to this location again."

"I love children's place clothes but this store has really gone downhill. First off its hotter than hades when you go into the store. I ordered clothes online and did in store pickup to get the extra discount. When I got there they went back and got my package. When it was brought back I asked for a bag to put it in so i could open my package and make sure I had all my items. I was told "no". I was taken a back and asked again if I could have a bag. I was once again told no that they are not giving out bags. He said his manager told him not to give out bags since they were running short. I understand not handing out bags all willy nilly but I am literally purchasing something from your establishment and you are not giving me a bag to carry my items. I get that it is just a bag but the attitude of the clerk was ridiculous and the fact that you wanted to sit there and refuse/argue over a bag. I guess moving forward I will either have to go to a different location or start shopping at Old Navy."

"Manager is not friendly! She has zero consideration for the guests. If you return something (with tags attached) they give you a hard time about taking it back ( with or not within the 45 days return policy) this store use to be awesome. It’s not become a joke and the management is non helpful and a complete joke!"

". An older blonde Caucasian worker in the store who stated she owned the store was having a conversation with a dissatisfied customer. She was trying to return an item with store tags still on the item, they told her she couldn’t return it. Words were exchanged after this, the customer told her it was her 1st amendment right to say what she wanted to. ( the customer was black) The lady that said she owned the store told her she bet the customer couldn’t even read. Why? Because she was black? I won’t be shopping here again and advise other people of color don’t either. Your low prices aren’t worth racism and bad customer service."
