"As a store, I've never had issues with this location. They've printed things for me and I've purchased office items here for years. So I have to give them a few stars for that, to be fair. However, do NOT return your Amazon items here. Staples lost one of my items and I had to fight Amazon for a refund of it. I've been returning Amazon items to UPS on Spring Hill Drive for years now and never once had this issue. The one time I used Staples as a return location, they lose an item and I'm out money. Never again."
