Best Western Waldo Inn & Suites

"Check in and out was great and the receptionist was very nice. The aesthetic on the surface looked very nice, however, the cleanliness was atrocious. When we first went in our room the bathroom mirror and sink had water and toothpaste spots an the toilet had “bathroom” streaks in the bowl. When we went to sleep on the bed the sheets felt damp due to the high humidity in the room. The carpet was so dirty that it would stick to your feet if you were barefoot and when you look at the carpet by the dresser or walls it is a noticeably lighter color than the typical walking paths. We would not recommend staying here and won’t be coming back."

"Location suffers no fault of property. No a sit down restaurant within 10 miles, but a very nice hot breakfast included and reasonably priced. Clean well appointed rooms for an older property. Nice walk in shower in the king suite. All rooms enter inside the building. Efficient and courteous desk staff. This is a value. Will mention one thing, the wifi isn't password protected and you will get security alerts to decide on for yourself."

"The room was very clean, but the shower was miserable. There was a lot of mold in the grout I could wipe off with a rag, so it obviously wasn't properly cleaned. The body wash dispenser was broken, and the shampoo/conditioner barely worked. Staff seemed nice. Building seemed quiet and safe. No other issues."

"A nice Best Western in North Florida. We came for a few days while here on business. Very friendly staff. Clean lobby, halls, eating area and rooms. The shop in the lobby was very limited in what it had but there is a larger gas station / convenience store across the parking lot. Overall a nice hotel."
