"RIPOFF!!! Since when are copiers set to color and you have to change settings for black? I've been printing here for a while. Never have I had to change the settings. Was told it's always been that way. I think staples has come up with a way to a little more money off if customers. Very disappointing. Didn't even offer to correct the bill."
