"We loved our stay. Samara was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. For people that travel often, she stood out to us. It goes a long way to have such a great attitude. Her joy was so contagious. She definitely deserves a raise!"

"Good value for money. Service in the sports bar isn't great. Pizza is good, but I had to wait an extra 20 minutes. Rooms clean and bed very comfortable. Pool is OK. The location is good. Would give 3 1/2 ☆"

"It’s difficult to rate our stay with only one single number. If I were to rate our arrival and first night it would very low. The line to check in at 11pm was over an hour. There were no services open, so we couldn’t get food or even a water. Parking was so full that we parked three building away and walked. Our room was moldy, awkwardly arranged and uncomfortable. The bed clothes were stained, even though they appeared washed. Our remaining time though was great and I would rate very high. They moved us to another room that was pre-checked for cleanliness. Glad that they did because they did want to clean it while we were at breakfast. The second room was great, staff throughout the stay were nice, and the location is ok. We didn’t have any problems finding parking in the new building. The pools we visited were clean and well kept too."

"We enjoyed our stay so much! The room was so clean and the staff went above and beyond. When we checked in, Matthew at the front desk was very helpful and answered all of questions. Housekeeping was prompt when we requested extra towels, paper towels and toilet paper. I would like to personally thank Matthew, Desiree and Jorge at the front desk as well as Jennifer their supervisor. I highly recommended Westgate Resorts in Orlando Florida and will return next year."

"We have really enjoyed our stay at this resort. It has a tropical feel, similar to an all inclusive in the Caribbean, which we really appreciated. Rooms are nice, pools were heated, and staff are very friendly. I can’t give it a 5 because I don’t want to mislead others into thinking this is a 5 star hotel (it does have some flaws, needs some updating), but our personal experience here was 5 star. Also, they offer you a timeshare presentation, which I did not want to attend but my husband insisted. Anyways, if you’re willing to sit through the pitch you can get some free stuff out of it even if you don’t buy a timeshare. We actually may consider purchasing in the future, but want to come back a few more times or try their other locations first."
