"Our room was nice, doesn't look like they detail clean much, dust ans dirt around base flooring and on the toilet. The couch in our condo absolutely sucked. Worst couch I've ever sat on. Scene from balcony was great! Washer dryer was loud to operate. This was actually my 2nd time staying here, my 1st condo was much better."

"Booked through airbnb. Emerald View rents the condo we have is beautiful. No problems with elevators, property, other guests, parking or check- in. Would recommend and would book again. 803 was our unit. Modern, upscale with a dual-rainfall HUGE shower. Beds sleep great."

"We stayed in #317 and it was perfect for a weekend getaway. Ocean view over looking the pools, I’d like to think we had the best view! We also enjoyed sitting on our balcony while listening to everyone karaoke at the pool. Bikini bobs on site had affordable drinks & great beach snacks, we paid $1 to fill our cooler up with ice. The owner of #317 was super sweet! The elevators are slow, but that’s something we have experienced at every place we’ve stayed at in pcb. We took the stairs most of the time and it wasn’t bad at all with being on the 3rd floor. You can not beat the price for everything the summit has to offer! I’m very weird when it comes to bugs rodents ants filth etc so our room definitely met our expectations. I loved the vibes here and I plan to come back and will only stay if that room is available."
