"This hotel is 5 stars in my book. My family and I were booked by our landlord to stay in this hotel while renovations were done in our home and our 9 day stay was nothing short of incredible. The staff here are kind and helpful, the rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. Pets are welcomed and there’s a little doggy potty area to accommodate. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Make sure you get the continental breakfast and have a chat with the lovely girls who work it, that was my favorite part!"

"The white balls head manager guy is very Ryde and disrespectful towards women we had been staying at the hotel for almost 2 weeks and they tried to say we were smoking in our room on two occasions which of course we weren't but because we had a diffuser due to my allergies of the room smeeling like a dog he thought we were smoking so I showed him it and he left alone for a week then came back a week later again saying we were smoking in the room and we weren't then my wife was outside in the back patio area actually smoking and not in the room and he came up to her being rude and disrespectful towards her so when I came down and confronted him because of his rudeness towards her he presented in telling me to leave and said he was calling the cops because he wanted us to leave which we already had planned on doing before hand but wanted to make it very well known that his customer services towards customers and people who stay in the hotel he is very rude and disrespectful towards them we will be watching for this place to go out of business very fast due to his disrespectful nature towards the people who help make his paycheck every week"

"We enjoyed our overnight stay! Front desk service, housekeeping, and dinning room staff were welcoming and polite. Building was clean and so was our room and bathroom. Beds were comfortable. No loud noises so we slept well. Full breakfast was available: waffles, sweet rolls, toast, bagels, eggs, sausage, juices, fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, coffee, butter, cream cheese, peanut butter, Nutella, jellies, and honey. An indoor pool and hot tub and workout room were available but we didn't use them. I recommend this hotel."

"Nice, new hotel, but for the cockroaches. When I stayed there on Fri 12.15.23, I moved the phone, two cockroaches scurried out and went behind the bed! Just as worse, when we reached to the front desk, I was told this was a normal thing for the area (no it isn't) and I should just kill the cockroaches! I wasn't even offered a different room immediately (plenty of space that night). Ridiculous. To the hotel's credit, about 15-30 minutes later, they reconsidered and offered me a new room. Still, I slept miserably for obvious reasons, and the initial response was so disappointing, I felt obligated to post a review."

"4.1 stars? This is too much 1.Uncomfortable Mattress: The mattress in my room was in poor condition, and it lacked proper support. As a result, I had trouble sleeping, leading to discomfort and restlessness during my stay. 2.Damp and Musty Smell: Upon entering the room, I noticed a strong, unpleasant smell of dampness and mustiness. The odor was pervasive and made my stay quite uncomfortable. It is vital to investigate and resolve the root cause of this issue to provide a more pleasant environment for your guests. 3.High Chlorine Pollution in the Pool: While there was water in the pool, the strong smell of chlorine indicated a high level of pollution. The overpowering smell was intolerable and caused me headaches and irritated my eyes. Due to the concern for my health, I refrained from swimming in the pool. 4.Absence of Basic Amenities: One of the most basic expectations in any hotel is to have drinking water available in the room. Unfortunately, there was no complimentary bottle of water provided, leaving me without the necessary refreshment upon arrival. Additionally, the absence of any snacks or refreshments was unexpected and contributed to a sense of inconvenience during my stay. 5. Deposit ?"
