"I found a kitten in a cemetery in town and knew the baby was underweight and needed to get into a vet right away. The first clinic I called was not taking new patients, so I called North Bay Animal Hospital. I feel that it was fate intervening. The staff at the facility have been amazing both times I've been in. I haven't waited longer than 10 minutes in the waiting room, and the testing is done in no time. Each and every person my pet has encountered has been so kind and caring toward it and gives treats and cuddles. Prices are reasonable, and they don't force their in-house products in your face. I absolutely loved Dr. Franklin and our kitten Bovine seems to agree!"
