"Loved it so much. Came for Big Stuff Beach camp with church and had fun. The rooms we were in were quaint and cute. Had fun and enjoyed it. Great view of the beach and ocean. Had two pools they were nice. Also an arcade spent a while in there!"

"I have never received such terrible treatment from a hotel staff. I needed to stay an additional night and was told I could keep the same room, even advised by the hotel staff the day before on how to book the room so that I could remain in the same one. I did exactly what was I was advised by the staff but the next day Briana, the hotel desk clerk, not only wouldn’t honor what was told to me but was as rude and curt and unhelpful as anyone I have encountered in my travels. Additionally, she lied to her manager (Shaddya) about what she offered me and then nearly had me locked out of the room before I could remove my things. This sorry-for-your-luck, not-my-job-to-care, watch-me-teach-you-a-lesson attitude came both from Briana and then her manager. Neither woman should be anywhere near customer service. Moreover, I encountered 3 large roaches in the room the night I arrived, one of which I called for maintenance to come and kill. Between the misinformation, the ghetto attitudes, and large roaches roaming around, I definitely won’t be returning to this hotel again. Unreal."

"I want to write directly so that people know before they go, Breakfast is only for money, cockroaches, rats in the rooms. The staff, especially the cleaning of the rooms, is a cool girl, responsive, good-natured, unlike the manager who offered me to live on the beach and ruined it I'm all in the mood. I really don’t understand who allowed her to work with people. Especially foreigners, shame on America!!Most of all, I was hurt by the attitude of the reception manager towards me. My husband and I were on the road for 18 hours, we came to celebrate my husband’s birthday, it was 12 o’clock, we were told that the room was not ready to wait for 2.5 hours, they took payment, then again some payment, from my husband, I went to ask, the manager, with eyelashes glued on like a cow, I understood that she is the mistress of the owner of this hotel, because she is openly rude to a foreign guest, I began to be indignant, she generally speaks to me, I am now canceling everyone go live on the beach, I ask you to call the director, she says that she is the most important here, this is her hotel, I tell her, you ruined my entire impression of the Hotel, In this hotel, rudeness is at the highest level, if the manager does not know how working with guests, what can we say about the hotel itself. The room, of course, had its drawbacks, but I will never forget about the manager, a rare scoundrel"

"The location was amazing! Right on the beach and you couldn’t ask for a better view. On my first night, I quickly realized it is infested with cockroaches. Our bathroom was filled with mold. We were there for 8 days and our trash was not taken out once. Being there alone for a few days was not safe. I had men follow me multiple times at night and one even tried to follow me straight into my room. You also are not allowed access to the hot tub/ pool/ splash pad that they display in their photos online. For the price it is not terrible! You definitely get what you pay for, and since PCB prices are generally a little bit more expensive, it’s just what you should expect."

"Truly the epitome of “You get what you pay for.” We stayed here as a one night place to crash, while waiting on our *real* condo to open up the following day. This place is completely disgusting. Our room looked like it had been built in the 50’s, and hadn’t been updated since. Every single corner had some combination of mold, rust, or mildew (see pictures). The bed sheets had multiple stains on them, the bathroom smelled like a porta-potty, paint was cracking. The bathroom sink had a massive crack running through it. The tub was covered in vile looking soap-scum, and god only knows what else. The TV was smaller than a cheap office computer screen, and was so blurry we had to stand about a foot away just to make out what was on the screen. The dingy desk had no chair whatsoever. In fact, there was no chair of any sort in the entire room. Avoid this place, unless you don’t mind possibly contracting diseases from weeks of filth accumulating in the rooms. Cheaply run place, with dingy, dirty rooms. The only (and I mean ONLY) redeeming quality of the place was the actual beach itself. Which was very pretty and scenic."
