"I booked a king suite but when I arrived at the hotel I was told they were overbooked for King suites, we took the double room with the promise of some sort of compensation the next day. My boyfriend and I had a long night in 2 separate beds, the next day after a few hours of phone tag I was able to speak with the manager Aaron. He was very kind and offered a full refund for my stay. However there were no other suitable hotels at such last minute, so we were forced to spend another night in the too small beds. It was quite unfortunate but we enjoyed our stay. I loved the large rooms and the kitchens are great for families. The balcony is quite pleasant as well."

"If you are looking for a quiet, clean, safe, family friendly place to stay, do not stay here. Upon checking in I was given a room. Got upstairs to it to find no sheets on the stained beds, garbage on the carpet and on surfaces. Dirty towels in the tub and the balcony door wide open. Come to find out they have me a room that wasn’t cleaned. On the second attempt I opened the door I was snaked in the face with rancid smell of cigarettes and pot. The doors were busted, cigarette burns in almost every surface despite it being a non smoking hotel. Water in the light and the microwave rusted out. The tub didn’t drain to take a shower, and ever day the smell of pot just got stronger to the point I had to leave the doors open to air it out. The rooms do not look like the photos, the room was dirty, your socks get brown from the carpet, everything that is to be white is a various shade of off while and brown. Would I recommend it here? If you needed an uncomfortable bed and you were only in town for getting drunk and didn’t care about what may creep or crawl on you. Then yes this is for you. But if you are looking for a relaxing clean and comfortable environment for yourself or family spend a few extra dollars and go somewhere else. Summer rates are near $300 a night. This room in the summer at max should be 50$ at best. Also if you want a view. You need to be 3rd floor or higher. Otherwise all you see are trees and roofs."

"We booked this place for one night on New Year’s eve. Got to our room and immediately noticed it was not clean. Floors were dirty and carpet was as well. We decided to just put our stuff down and leave for a bit and come back later. When we got back, however, there were roaches crawling all over the furniture and our door was open despite double checking it was closed. We checked the rest of the room and began to notice so many more things. Cigarette stains all over the counters and there was definitely black mold on the ceilings. Lastly, their elevator permits were expired for well over a year with one even just missing. do not waste your time."

"Please read this review and save yourself a traumatic experience. We came down on Christmas Day to eat dinner and spend a night or two at the beach. We have stayed here before and it was fine. As soon as we got into our room I saw a baby roach. I let it go thinking maybe it was just one. We left to go to dinner and when we came back I saw two more crawling beside the bed. I went downstairs and asked them to move me rooms and let them know the issue. We changed rooms and as soon as we walked in there was a roach crawling on the counter. By this time it was late. We’d been driving all day and already moved rooms twice. So we just tried to sleep. Until 30 mins later when my daughter started screaming because a roach crawled in her hair. The entire place was disgusting. We had to beg for bed linens and even then only got sheets not a comforter. We ended leaving at 9 pm at night because we couldn’t sleep knowing there was bugs. This is unacceptable and disgusting."

"Loved this place! *Staff was great! *Location was wonderful! Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The full kitchen saved money (although we are out also) Love the layout of the rooms! The building is a little older, but they do a great job on keeping it up and making everything nice. It is not a five-star hotel, so please don’t go there expecting such. Do go knowing the price is reasonable, the amenities are good, the staff is friendly and the view is breathtaking. I had a wonderful stay, and will definitely go back again.
