"I have shopped here many times in the past for my husband. Historically their sales professionals were so attentive and helpful that I chose that store above all others. Today my husband and I went to Nordstrom in Town center , Boca Raton and I was shocked at how poor the service was. The sales person couldn’t be less interested and less helpful. What a complete disappointment. Has Nordstrom gone completely downhill?"

"I called the store and talked to Kathleen about my MCM purse and the intermittent experience of my handle falling off when I use my smaller purse which comes with the bigger bag. I asked her SPECIFICALLY if it was ok to return to the store. She said absolutely and so I went in a few hours later. When I got there an EXTREMELY rude clerk took care of me, among the mean look on her face she was taping her fingers while I looked for my bar codes for returns and her whole demeanor was nasty. She then called Rachel the purse manager and she proceeded to tell me she wasn’t aware of the conversation I had with Kathleen (she had gone to lunch) and she would do it as a one time courtesy. And I asked her so if a “designer purse”. Has a faulty issue I’m supposed to eat it ? I buy SPECIFICALLY from Nordstrom because protection in returns. Also, they’re is virtually no stock in stores so order everything online and return to store. I realize that hurts the store numbers but not my fault there is no stock in stores. Point is, get your story straight, don’t shame a customer and for gosh sake if you are working at returns desk don’t treat customers rudely and like you are doing them a favor."

"Michelle from the Charlotte Tillbury makeup counter from very knowledgeable and sweet. Then for lunch went to Bazille and it was my first time and the food was exceptionally good and the bartender was very nice as well. So far an amazing experience today!"
