"Today on 5/19/22 I went to the Zumies at the Boca mall location to make a return of an item I purchased 4/29/22. When greeted by the store manager Angelo. I informed him of the return and gave him my item and receipt. When I gave him the item he first asked me if the associate who made the sale let me know that jewelry was finale sale. The item I was returning was a watch. I let him I was not informed of the policy. Then he went on to tell me my return date was passed which was inaccurate because I still was within the 30 days. The purchase was made on 4/29/22. And I gave him the receipt! Lastly I asked for the manager and Angelo told me he was the manager. When I returned to the store he told me that the new store managers name is Cory and that he was assistant manager. I also went online as well as the back of my receipt to view the policy on watch returns and I saw nothing. Angelo then stated that the new policy was changed by the new store manger Cory. Over all this was a very uncomfortable unneeded situation and I feel the associate just did not want to do the return. I have contacted Zumies corporate and hope for a response"

"Managers/employees genuinely seem like they hate everyone that walks in the store. Not the best zumiez experience I’ve had. One employee (seemed like the lower level manager) was kinda rude when I asked where the pants were, other employee (the higher level manager) seemed like it genuinely caused him pain to tell me have a nice day."

"We had the best experience today. My son just moved down here to Florida and wanted to get around on a new custom board. Ali and Tyler were so helpful and friendly!! I love that another Tyler put my son Tyler's board together!! I highly recommend this location. Cool stuff and great people!"
