"We made some purchases and at the time of paying we swiped the card and the bank deducted the money from us but in the store they had a problem and the payment did not appear and they did not deliver what we bought and since it was the weekend we had to wait until Monday to for the payment to come in and call, indeed on Monday the bank confirmed that the payment had been debited and we had to file a complaint to get our money back because the store wanted to give us what we had bought"

"I called to answer a question and the person on the phone was very rude and kept on saying hello knowing they could hear me and used profanity"

"Usually I'm very happy with my shopping experience here. But on July 4th I stopped by because I knew they were having a great sale, plus there were a few items I wanted to pick up (and use a coupon) that I had seen on their website. To make sure the items were there I checked to see if they were in stock...and the website said they both were....and in my size. When I got there, one item was there but not in my size, and the other items were not there at all. The salesgirl was very nice but told me that they haven't stocked one particular item in a while, and she wasn't sure about the other item. I don't want to order the item online because I know the sizes can vary greatly. I hope the company can get things straightened out...I was so disappointed when I left."
