The staff are unpleasant (NEVER smile), 99.9% of the time they DO NOT answer their phones, they will change prescriptions on you without your or your doctor's consent to make more money. So, many times this particular pharmacy has placed me in a spot to stand corrected and, I'm wise to catch what they are doing to the consumers. The attitude is they do not care nor will they extend themselves to make it work for the patient/customer. Literally, the worst customer service ever! Also, the turnover with the staff is self explanatory. I will never use this CVS Pharmacy @4500 Donald Ross Rd. Palm Beach Gardens, again. My advice do not use them."

"No one ever picks up phone. My doctor calls in prescriptions they “lose them”. Bags of meds all over the floor. My last prescription was mixed up. I’m surprised CVS corporate allows this and also surprised this level of service would pass in PBG. I never had this kind of experience at any other CVS. Been a customer for years. This pharmacy location is terrible."
