Salt Life Retail Palm Beach Gardens

"Purchased a few tee shirts for my 14 year old son a few weeks back, he wears size small. I usually size up but the shirts said "preshrucken cotten" so I bought true to size and washed the shirts as directed. They both shrunk 2 inches so they looked ridiculous on my son. I'm not good at saving receipts, most stores have technology now where they can look up your credit card or phone number and track your purchase. So I went back and asked to at least swap the shirts out for the next size up because I was misled by their labels, thinking they were already "shrunken," but I was told by the assistant manager that he couldn't resell the shirts, so there was no way he could do anything. I asked for the managers info and he called me said the same thing, I'm out of luck. I learned from my mistake, their shirts are poor quality, and their customer service is terrible! I shop at Jupiter Vintage and Magic Surf shop exclusively now because they back their quality and have excellent customer service. Don't waste your money here!"

"Two stars for the two weeks I worked for this location, not sure if the other stores are in as much disarray, but supply and demand questionnaire should be something in the new buyers plan, along with a clear training guide. I have great customer skills but when you constantly have to say unfortunately we don't have the size your looking for and disappoint the customer, there comes a time it starts to make you unhappy."
