"I walked in and instantly felt as if I was an inconvenience to them. The lady that tried helping us was quite rude, and made it clear she was unavailable to help us because her back was hurting. I felt very unwanted and uncomfortable. I’m trying to get my tuxedo for my wedding and an account setup for the groomsman, but will be trying somewhere else. This should be an exciting time for me, but clearly my business is too much for this location. Maybe you’ll have better luck than me or have a better experience, but my experience will keep me from ever walking through that front door again. So disappointing."
