"Today I went into store 572 to make a return for items I had purchased online. I greeted the cashier, Miguel & told him I had a return & handed him the items along with the receipt. His first reaction was "you don't want to return this by mail?!" He totally caught me off guard with that & I said no that's why I'm here. His reply, "are you sure because you can just mail this back?". I said I know I can but I'm here now & want to make a return, is there a problem? He mumbled something, I said what was that? Then he said "well your going to bring down my sales". I was confused because I have NEVER been told that in ALL of my years of shopping! I told him I'm here to make a return, can you do that or not?! He said yes I can but sales will go down. I replied with"your telling me this because????" He scanned the items & again went on about how it's easy to make returns by mail. I said I didn't care to hear about that because I'm here doing it now. He then asked me if I wanted him to remove return labels from my account so they don't mail them any more. I was shocked! I said "No, what I want you to do it make the return for the items you have with that receipt in your hand" All of this while the Manager at the next register. The manager kept looking over everytime the cashier made a comment but didn't say anything to him! HORRIBLE! After he finished I told him that he was beyond rude & disrespectful for his attitude. I then asked to speak to the manager. Miguel just smirked & said bye & pointed to the manager, which was Michael. The manager had heard the first initial comments from him & was called away by another customer. He said he didn't want to step in while this was occurring because he didn't want to make a scene. So he'd rather let a customer continuously be disrespected by an employee???!!! I told him about the cashiers other comments about making sure I no longer get return labels mailed with my online orders & his mouth dropped. He offered me discounts & apologized profusely however that does not make up for the disrespect I had to deal with while with my 12 yr old daughter & infront of other customers. All I wanted to do was make a simple return while I was at the mall. RIDICULOUS!!! They literally let just let anybody work there. Where did this kid get his training from?? What ever happened to customer service?! This is exactly why I'd rather buy online, so I don't have to deal with simple minded fools like that!!"

"I live in Boynton but work in the Wellington area and boy do I tell you when you have good customer service in your store it does make a difference the customer service was so good that I went in there 2 times in one week and purchased two different times shout out to ali bleu julianna and the African American guy he left before I could get his name you guys are above and beyond the first time I went in there which was a couple of days ago Ali greeted me at the door she joke around with me made me laugh bleu was so sweet he checked me out the next day I met with julianna and the African American guy he went above and beyond he went the extra mile helping me look for a pair of jeans that I saw the day before which I found and end of purchasing them and another pair julianna checked me out very nice very patient scan my rewards card just very nice and I'm a size 14 so glad American Eagle carried my size and jeans so comfortable thank you AE"
