"Customer service non-existent. Prices are the same as online, so no savings to go there. Website directions to the store on Google maps in incorrect"

"My mom is from Europe, she's in for a few weeks and shops this location often for her grandchildren. The employee knows who she is by remembering her, she said to her tonight, "hi, you're back!" So she knows her, and knows she isn't from here, because my girlfriend spoke to her on my moms behalf in the past about a carters account setup and an online order. tonight the employees tried to persuade her into signing up for a credit card, sending her out to the car to get me to come in. I went in and was told by the employee about a savings of 50 percent but not a word about it being a credit card, no information regarding such, I was told by the employee the savings are for florida residents, which I am, I gave her my driver's license to "prove" that, and then she asked for a social security number, my girlfriend interrupted by asking if it was for a credit card, the employees smiling mischievously to each other and giggling like they had been caught, stated "it is for a credit card, but you save 50 percent." They also pull credit and i am in the middle of purchasing a property so credit pull would have caused a severe problem. Very dirty and I'll be calling corporate tomorrow about this. It's very scammy and unethical."

"I went in today, and they had really great clothes for really great deals. The staff was friendly, however I had to approach them none of them came to help me or asked if I needed any help.. However the gentleman that checked me out was very nice."

"The staff are quick at checkout and really rock when it's busy. They are courteous when we've returned baby gifts that weren't a good fit and even nice about Carter brand togs that actually came from Target that we didn't realize until they pointed it out. The issue is with the bathroom. There is only a single occupant room and with the clientele being primarily mothers and their children, including infant children, it seems foolhardy that there has been no room set aside room for mothers to sit to feed a baby or wrestle with the accoutrements needed for childcare. I realize that doing so would take valuable floor space so it comes off as greedy! Then the filth of the bathroom! Wet floor, a toilet so soiled, I had to squat above it and no place to sit a diaper bag. Nasty and not healthful for anyone, much less an infant. The sales staff obviously needs support in managing this area. I hope this review gets them the help they need."
