"01-25-2023 I arrived at the store to buy some shoes and the three shop assistants were talking in a corner and no one approached me to help me. I left without buying anything just like other people who came and left. I was with my three children and I needed help what noe they gave SKECHERS makes very good shoes, it's a shame that this bad service happens behind the owners' backs."

"Great store. Great options. Friendly staff. No air conditioning in Miami??? This is the 3rd time I have come and the ac was not working. And thats over 3 years. Plus the awful music they play. Way too many n words"

"Wonderful staff and very helpful however the AC does not work at all! It was 90 degrees and they expect these employees to work in these conditions?? I would consider this abuse. Definitely going to call HR. I couldnt even stand another minute in there and had to get out before feeling like I was going to have a heat stroke. I will Not be returning until the AC is fixed."
