"Very good. You can see the difference of a good manager. Clean and organized. I saw the manager waiting for the people who entered and then how she directed the movement in the registers so that the line would flow as quickly as possible. Good experience. They should have more managers with the same behavior because my experience is that the managers of the other stores that I have visited are not good, it seems that they do not care about providing good service, order, or cleanliness. I hope that someone from the Corporation reads this and appreciates the good work"

"I was absolutely disgusted today at the customer service received by one of the cashiers today. My 8 year old daughter and I waited patiently in line to make a return and as soon as we reached the counter the cashier walked away with an attitude and says she's closed. She then begin to start cleaning and picking up hangers. I didn't get her name but she was a short Hispanic lady. I was livid! I guess one of her co workers were suppose to relieve her and wasn't quick enough. Luckily this older Hispanic lady (who was a sweet heart- I didn'tget her name either) but she helped with my return and purchase of my items totaling $250. The older lady also apologized. Overall, the environment here is usually nice (except for this one lady who spoiled my visit) and you can find some really nice things here."
