"I won't be shopping at bealls anymore. I ordered merchandise online but needed to return some stuff that doesn't fit. Well I went to the only Bealls close to me (30 mins drive) and guess what? The two ladies at the cashier DIDN'T KNOW how to process the return and told me to comeback the next day because the manager was not there Nd they were not trained how to process a return.. really???? Where are we? Mexico? Africa? This is unacceptable and I will be reporting this to Bealls corporate. Also be careful, the area is scary and dangerous, the parking lot is dark not even a light on site."

"This was the most unusual Bealls store. Staff was pleasant however there were no carts available. On Oct 21 2023, we waited for around 5 minutes for someone with a cart only to realize here was another lady waiting too. l need a cart to shop the basket gets too heavy. There was also limited baskets available. After a quick zip through the store, we made the decision to drive to the Florida City Bealls. They had carts there; we could browse and pick up at our leisure. I love Bealls but not this one."

"You want some cheap items you go here to Bealls. This place you can find gems of all short. Take a look inside and see what you want usually I come here to get gifts for people. They have clothes they have a dollar store next to it and they also have a president day and checkers if you're hungry. Usually not that many people so no long lines so you'll be all right."
