"If i could put 0 stars I would. The manager Rhonda is very rude and has no customer service whatsoever. I drove over an hour to the story and they claimed to put some shoes on hold for me. I got there at 6:45pm and I told them I would be there around 6:50 pm. They closed the doors right in my face and laughed at me. Rhonda tends to backdoor all the limited releases, leaving no availability for the customers. It’s truly terrible and I don’t understand how she still works there."

"I can’t believe I had to leave a star to write a review. I used to be a former employee about 2–3 years at this establishment; The manager Rhonda is a big talker & gossips a lot. I noticed that every single employee that I used to work with is no longer working there.. I wonder why.. anyways, I recently made a purchase (12/16/22) & noticed that she had made a comment about me to another employee working there & had her ring me out so she didn’t have to. Very unfriendly & rather nasty attitude. Very unprofessional. I will never be returning & I hope you stay away. Please take your time to go further down the mall & check out Champs Sports, they have a better selection, better customer service & a better overall store."

"Great store, glad they had one in Naples, good selection of everything but employees. Received the worse customer service experience for no reason this morning to pick up shoes from a raffle. Don’t bother being nice to female employee because she’s very unpleasant in return to only women. She was very happy and jolly with the guys in the store and then when it came to me, just got blatant horrible, rude customer service. Smh."
