"Worst service ever. Rooms were absolutely disgusting. I have pics to prove. Floors were dirty and covered in stickers and dirt, bathroom was awful as well. Fridge was filthy as was the bed side table. Asked for a couple extra towels as there was 5 of us, and was refused. We only had 2 in the room. Asked for extra sheets as I had stated I would need but was refused that as well. Phone didn’t work, ice machine broken down, cigarette butts everywhere, just overall AWFUL. I’m hoping for a FULL refund. We had stayed here last year and no issues. Not sure what happened. AND we’re stuck here for another night."

"I have family that have come to visit they rented a room 101 in this hotel. The adjoining door to the room would not lock on our side. Also there's approximately 2 inch Gap under the door (secured by towel). No vehicles are in the parking lot which leads me to believe there must be an empty room in the hotel somewhere. When I ask for a different room I was told the room was fine. When I ask for a refund I was told I was rude. My family did get a refund. They went to the log cabin inn (very nice by the way) y'all have a blessed day"

"When we first walked in everything looked nice… on closer Inspection, toilet was dirty hair and other debris in the sink shower had hair all in it and black marks/handprints all over it. Had to clean the bathtub before I could even give my children a bath and feel comfortable about it. In our “non smoking” room the shower curtain smells so bad like cigarette smoke when you get in, cigarette burns on comforter. Towels come “fresh” looking like a truck ran over them with black already on them or full of hair. Microwave when opened had bits of food in it and smelled so bad!! Floor was DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY my children’s feet were BLACK after just getting out of the bath… we started putting our shoes on before we even got out of bed bc it was so gross. I wiped the bathroom floor before anyone had even been walking in there and my wipe come up BLACK. I had to go buy Clorox wipes to “clean” before I could feel half way good about the place and also bedspread was stained brown. The rooms are nice and motel would be nice if the rooms could get a good deep cleaning… house keepers need to be fired or retrained And after response from place of business… we did let the front desk know how dirty our room was and they just nodded and said “I see”"

"Great hotel for a quick over night stay. Clean room, felt safe, and friendly front desk employees. I was a little skeptical when I made the reservation, but I was pleasantly surprised. It’s not the Marriott, but the room was renovated and comfortable and the price was right. Would recommend."
