"Campground is super nice, clean and quiet. Facilities are are clean and well kept. Location seems desolate but for a nice quiet experience, it's mandatory. Owners are amazing folks. Will absolutely come here again."

"We stayed here because it was convenient to the Appalachian trail since hubby was hiking. They have a shuttle service for hikers, but I ended up helping three hikers out because the shuttle wasn’t going to be available until the next day. The grounds are decent, the pool has a greasy film around the whole interior edges. I saw many people enjoying the pool and also the inflatable‘s that were in the pond next to it. You can imagine how hard it is to keep the pool clean with people going from a muddy pond and then jumping in the pool. The full hook up sites were taken up my seasonal campers, but saw that they were trying to expand the campground to make more room for full hook up sites. There are other full hook up sites up the mountain through a tight, curvy narrow road. Big rigs made it though. The worst was the restrooms. They said they cleaned once a week but that was not enough when you have no sewer hookups and need to use their facilities!! They do not enforce quiet hours even though there is “security” there on weekends. The best thing about the campground is the babbling Brook that flowed behind our camper. The staff is young and had rather hangout than actually clean. The laundry room was disgusting. They are renovating some bathrooms behind the store so they had Porta potty‘s."

"Excellent campground built and owned by amazing folks. We love this place! Highly recommended for whatever reason your stay may be—a quiet weekend getaway, hunting base camp, exploring quiet and beautiful part of AL and FL, etc. Great country location but really not too far from Crestview and I-10, Andalusia, or even Destin and other gulf beaches."
