"They have an okay selection for basic shoes they do not have highly sought-after shoes it is not a bad place to customer service is good and it is clean they just do not have the best selection of shoes if you are a sneakerhead if you're just looking for a basic pair of shoes to work in or run in then this place will work but if you are a collector they will have nothing that you need or want"

"I usually have never had issues with Rack Room as a whole. However, I recently returned the shoes I bought from this location. It has come to my attention that the return amount is incorrect. I paid sales tax when I bought the shoes, but when I returned them, the associate failed to return the sales tax as well. It's kind of annoying that they have untrained associates doing returns on the register."
