"It's an outlet store, so obviously we're talking about a warehouse-style environment. However, the folks there are really nice, the lady helping me in particular really went above and beyond to help, had a lot of genuine product knowledge (that is, not just memorized talking points) and made sure I benefited from the sales and discounts they had that, frankly, I wasn't even aware of.
