"Crystal with the tuxxman is very busy, which makes her forgetful and unorganized. My experience starts with being measured with the best man for suit purchase. Months before my now wife and I’s special day. We both were told to make sure to purchase our suits that day that way they will be here on time and allow time for alterations. The suits were paid in full that day. Approximately a month later i receive a call from her stating the suits were not paid and she needed payment before she could order the suits. She realized she made a mistake and had the suits ordered.a few weeks later we came to have our measurements for alterations done. The suits were to be altered, i received a phone call that she wanted to try to switch the suits between the best man and i and wanted us to come back in to remeasure to try to save her some altering. (Annoying because this Could have been done the first time we came to try the suits on instead of getting a phone call a week later) We obliged and had the suits remeasured. They weren’t able to be switched. Final fitment came and my suit was to be re hemmed. A broken button was found on the new shirt we purchased. (I do love the white microfiber shirt she sells.) this was to be fixed for final pickup and was not (had a broken button in our wedding photos) not the end of the world but avoidable. One of hemmed pant legs was also scrunched and unable to be ironed out. Finally the suits came with a vest, we didnt plan on using them for the ceremony, but she said it would save her money if she kept them for her suit rentals. Not the end of the world but if we paid for them kind of wrong to try to keep them for yourself in my eyes? I feel most would agree. All and all i feel she needs extra help and better organization. I won’t use the tuxxman again."

"We had a very good experience at the Tuxxman. The lady in charge (sorry I forgot your name!) was very friendly and helpful in getting 6 of us suited up for a wedding. It was great being able to actually try some suits on unlike other places I found that just have you order out of a book. Everyone looked great and felt well fitted. The price was well worth the customer service we recieved. If you are looking to rent a suit I definitely suggest stopping by."
