"Just like everything that's happened to society because of covic 19 ; I haven't been to the mall,movie theaters only essential places work, getting fuel, and groceries.Anyways I had been checking out a pair of doc martens for awhile online.Today me and mywife went out for lunch and then decided to actually check out the Edison Mall.While we there I rembered there is a Journey's store in the mall. We walked in an immediately were greeted and helped by Jas. She brought a pair of Doc's in my size and let me try them on and I walked around in them.She also helped my wife with a pair of Timberland boots. It was actually nice to try something on instead of imagining from online.And the fact that Jas made the in person experience pleasant made our trip to the mall enjoyable. Because of her we won't hesitate to go back to the mall to Journey's and actually buy the shoes we tried on. If you are looking for a pair of shoes try Journey's in the mall and ask for Jas."

"just wanted to say that the customer service in this place sucks. i went to pay for a pair of shoes and the guy checking me out treated me like scum. he asked me debit or credit and i said credit but he put in as debit...so i put my pin number in and he said very rudely "You said credit!!" practically yelling at me. So I asked him why he clicked debit then? He got frustrated and said "here try it again, just follow the damn steps it should be pretty simple!!" no joke. Rudest customer service I have ever experienced. Then when the receipt wouldn't print, he started cursing. NEVER going back there. This was on 6/25/14 before noon."
