"We had used Parul for a family wedding. Very unprofessional and untimely. Overcharges for her services and greedy for money and wedding food. We simply requested an invoice prior to payment and she did not give us an invoice, even after 1 week post-wedding. Her form of receipt was a text message saying the total amount and “paid”. Said sari draping would take 30 minutes yet she took 1 hour and still wasn’t professionally done which delayed our events. Charged for groom’s hair service that she did not even properly complete (was so bad the groom himself had to do it). Also spilt a lot of water all over sari which all she responded with was “sorry”. Would not recommend to anyone."
