"After walking in and the young man that was a little bigger, had a beard and glasses, wanted to know if I was ready to check out and I said no sir I have a return, so he instantly walked over and called somebody for a return when that person got there I had accidentally brought the wrong pair of shoes in I bought from two different places and she was very nice and sad honey. This is the wrong Store and I said oh shoot I had these must be for the other one and as I was walking out he’s looking at me laughing. Wow, bad customer service. You’ve lost my business which I’m sure is no big deal but to me it is!"

Both David and Zellia were very knowledgeable and helpful. They even worked hard getting the sale price for a shoe online. We appreciate the great customer service."

"I bought a Born purse for $75.00 to go to Europe. On the fourth day of the tour I notice a tear on the side wear you put your passport. Upon coming home I showed my purse with more of the inside torn and the receipt. I was told I had "used" the purse and got no refund or offer or getting a different purse. I will not be going in that store again as the manager did not come out to talk to me. The salesperson had to tell me "no refund" as I had "used" the purse."

"Stopped in to see what kind of selection they had in men’s slide sandals (every one else seems to carry flip-flops only.) Kasey and Brian helped me. There were about 2 dozen styles. I told Kasey what I had in mind and he found me a handsome pair of Pikolinos in a New York second. At the counter I said I wouldn’t return them and I didn’t need the box. I saw Brian mark the box sold. Having been in the shoe field for two decades, I recognized this as a sure technique to avoid some other employee having the need to look all over the store for a ‘missing’ pair. Peltz has their act together!!!"
