"Haven't shopped for a purse in awhile. Was planning to look at Coach and Kate Spade but saw Dooney & Bourke and decided to check it out first. Pam was very helpful when I told her what I was looking for. I found a purse that I liked but wasn't quite ready to commit. I went down to Coach and Kate Spade but didn't find anything I liked as well and they were more expensive. Went back to Dooney & Bourke, Pam had set the purse back for me. In this time when customer service is hard to find, Pam and her associate went above and beyond and it is greatly appreciated!"
