"Buy once, pay twice at the Loft! On a recent visit to the Loft I was charged twice for my one time purchase of five clothing items, due to a frozen computer at checkout and a cashier who was computer-challenged. Upon exiting the store, I realized the problem and went back into the store. I had a long conversation with employee, Stacia, who was unfriendly and not at all helpful. She refused to delete or credit the second charge, saying that, no doubt,it would disappear. Three days later after the duplicate charges had posted, I spoke to Sheena, store manager, about my request for a refund. Sheena, also discourteous, reminded me that my problem was taking up a good deal of her time. Still no refund or resolution. Terrible customer service at this Loft store!"

"Went here recently because I just got a job that required me to not dress in my usual yoga pants and t-shirts but had NO IDEA how to dress myself.. grabbed a couple things to try on but didn’t feel too great about my choices until Sheena came to the rescue lol She showed me what looks best on me and layered some peices to PERFECTION and made me an entire new wardrobe that I can interchange to make new outfits! Now on my days off I’m still sporting the styles Sheena made for me! I feel like a whole new girl!! Thanks loft and big thank you to Sheena!!"
