"This is a brand that actually cares about it’s customers. You can buy a pair of shoes and literally a year later get a product exchanged if something is not quite right. The shoes are of course made in America and are awesome quality. The park avenue is the ideal shoe for court. There is a real sense of integrity in the footwear and the way the company treats it’s customers."

"I generally like Allen Edmonds and own several pairs (Strand, Dalton, etc.). I was very disappointed with the service I received in this location by the man with gray hair that is originally from Portugal. He was very rude in front of me and my wife, claiming my feet is deformed because the shoes didn’t fit me. He looked completely annoyed when I asked him to wipe off the drop of wax that was on the shoe. Eventually, I bought a pair of shoes that had some scuffs and something inside making the left shoe unbearable to walk with for long time with 10% discount. I regret it now as I don’t even wear them as it is painful to wear. And yes, 10.5 is my size. All my shoes are 10.5. I won’t be coming back to the store and likely will switch to other brand as well if you employ people like that in your stores."

"I would like to preface this by saying that my visit to this Allen Edmonds store was by far my best experience shoe shopping i've ever had. The gentleman that attended me which went but the name Dr. Phil was extremely helpful and nice; He treated me with kindness and respect and made sure I was well taken care of during my time there. What I appreciated the most was the level of honesty he had, he did not beat around the bush and put this typical sales person persona on. He let me know exactly what i needed and what i didn't which I wish more people in the customer service/sales industry would do instead of just trying to sell you on things they know you don't need. Although shopping online has made this process of purchasing most things a lot easier; It is completely WORTH going in store to not only ensure you are getting the best fit in the shoe you are looking to purchase but to also ensure the shoe is also the exact color you want. I am guilty of purchasing a pair of dress shoes online and waiting the regular shipping times just to find that the shoes didn't fit well on me and had to get them exchanged (my own fault). I would HIGHLY suggest checking out this store if you are ever in the market for a new pair of dress shoes/casual shoes/leather boots. The quality of their products are a reflection of their exceptional customer service."

I purchased dress shoes a few months back and happened to get a pair that didn't hold up at all, literally were coming apart and I was not happy. I visited the store and spoke with Philip who originally took care of me and expressed my concerns. They happily swapped the shoes on the spot and assisted me without any rush and took the time to help regardless if I was making a purchase or not. Go see Philip.
