"I did some online shopping and came to International Mall to confirm my size. Matthew (the assistant manager) immediately reviewed what I shopped online and got me right into a fitting room for sizing. The first shirt size he picked fit like a glove. He checked inventory and brought me a 4 shirt line up to choose from, and he also helped me narrow it down to my two favorites. Absolutely amazing customer service and I appreciated the whiskey sample! Come to International and see Matthew for your next shopping experience!!"

"A few years ago we came to this location shopping for my husband. We received the rock-star treatment and were so impressed. Fast forward to today…we were wondering if we were in the wrong store. No greeting. When I asked about outerwear and sport jackets I was told those aren’t stocked in Florida locations. I was rather taken aback. That is the one item you really want to try on. So, we attempted to salvage the shopping trip and try on some shirts. Again, no assistance and poor selection. Appalling difference in customer service. Epic fail Untickit. We won’t even be ordering on line either."

"I'm sure the clothes are nice and I would've even tried some on, but I could tell already the sales staff was too aggressive. If they had made themselves available upon request, but not been so pushy, we may have stayed. Not a good experience."
