"I needed a suit for a wedding last minute, so I decided to check out Men’s Wearhouse when I walked into the store, I was greeted by a young man name, Sedin he was kind, courteous, and very professional. To be honest. I had no clue what I was doing in there, and I explained my situation, and my last minute needs not only was he able to accommodate those needs he really went above and beyond helping me pick out a beautiful suit within my price range. Big thank you to Sedin I appreciate your impeccable, service and professionalism. I’m already ready to come back and buy another suit."

"Ordered a tailored suit for my wedding and they forgot to reorder my pants and it took 7-8 weeks for them to come in. When I asked if they compensate me for coming in when they said they were in but they weren’t and having to wait so long they said no because it didn’t affect my event. So me being on the ball allows them to drop the ball and not care."

"Terrible experience at Men's Wearhouse in Brandon. My wedding party of 5 guys had an appointment and was ready to make a purchase. However, we spent a frustrating 40 minutes in the store, trying to put together suit combinations on our own. Not a single employee approached us, despite them looking at us multiple times. Fed up with the neglect, I finally asked for a manager. I told him we were taking our business elsewhere due to the complete lack of assistance. Shockingly, he tried to defend himself by claiming they were busy. I called out this lie since we were the first ones there when we arrived. We ended up leaving and went to JCPenney, where we received much better service. Avoid this Men's Wearhouse if you want any level of customer support. 1 star for sure."

"I haven’t been here in years but need a new suit. Yes you were a little busy but a simple acknowledgement goes a long way. In the store for 7-12 minutes and not a singe hello, be with you shortly nothing. Actually had one of the gentleman turn his back to me while I was looking at suits in the next isle. That was my signal I need help. Completely ignored and other patrons that had just walked in we’re at least pointed in the right direction. Bummer, you guys are the larger location in the area. Maybe I give you another shot. Maybe I spend my money elsewhere."

"I completely understand it is homecoming season. But thank you to the store associate who decided it was necessary snap that info to me. I do not need some kid in curly hair to point at the rental line and remind me of how long it is and advise me that he can help intermittently. I simply wanted to BUY a suit for my son. Be kind."
