"This is a review of the ONLINE STORE Horrible customer service process. UPS forwarded my order to an address that I no longer live at. I was instructed to file a claim with UPS. I did this and now four weeks later and being asked to do it again! Not sure whether M+M is using artificial intelligence to answer emails; if so, not working well from a customer perspective. Now, it is February, and the Christmas present I bought for my son was never delivered and I have not received a refund as requested. Very unfortunate that there is very poor customer service, because the quality of the clothes is excellent. I’m not anticipating a response as it seems they only respond to positive feedback."

"Great service and the clothes are fantastic and my new favorite brand. My wife ordered me a blazer online and I wasn’t sure about the fit so we went into the store at Hyde Park and they took care of us. And while there we picked up two shirts and dress pants. The slim fit is great and fits well/not baggy. And the non iron fabric is a must. Dress pants had a little band inside and around the waist, which helps keep the shirt a little bit more secure/tucked in. That was a nice touch. Highly recommended."

I met their employee Haylee Moore and she was so helpful with guidance on matching clothes, how to care for it, and some great general conversations! "These shirts are designed to keep you cool, and they say that they are moisture wicking. In reality, they’re one of the hottest shirts I have ever worn. I gave three stars, because some of the styles are attractive but they need to work on their fabrics a bit more. The brand is a bit overrated."
