"The service was SO SLOW!!! There were plenty of employees walking around the store but there was only one cash register open and it was a trainer with a trainee. The self checkouts were also shut down. When I asked the trainer why there was only one register open she was confused and asked “Do you mean the Amazon returns?”… obviously I didn’t mean the Amazon returns. Her response to my question was “There’s only one register open because the other cashier went on break.”…that’s not a valid excuse as to why there’s only one register open for the whole store. My patience was fading quickly since it took every bit of 10 minutes to check out with only one customer ahead of us. It’s not the cashiers’ fault but MANAGEMENT needs to hire more employees and staff accordingly."
