"I always purchase Desigual in Europe when I’m on vacation. Never had any issues and great service. I ordered a few things online here in the US. They have bad sizing conversions here. I wanted to return an item but no customer service. Nobody picks up the phone from online store number nor they call back as promised. The emails look like a AI computer sent me because they weren’t even on topic to what I wrote or didn’t even look at the images I sent by email. So I called this store if someone can get me help or a number that I can reach to figure this out because I’m not driving 3h one way to return a pair of pants. Not only I couldn’t understand her bad English, but she said to wait she’ll be back and hung up the phone after a minute. When I tried to call back right away nobody picked it up even after a few called- ignored me. Ridiculous service."
