"After a workout, I stopped by this TJ Maxx to pick up a last-minute Christmas gift. The wide range and quality of the products impressed me. They had an entire section dedicated to Hello Kitty merchandise. So I began stockpiling items for the Hello Kitty fans in my life. Perla, one of the employees, noticed my cart and excitedly told me about the new Hello Kitty bag that had just arrived. She was so sweet. She also kept my shopping cart secure while I went to get a gift card from my car. I left with gifts for several people, including myself. I only removed one star because the aisles were narrow due to all of the items. Perhaps they can rearrange the clothing racks and shelves to make more room for people to walk through with shopping carts."

"You can find here everything at very good quality from around the world. I have learned my lesson. When l travel overseas not buying anything (souvenirs). We have it here without the hassle to carry it on!"

"I recently went to TJ Maxx in the Intercostal looking for holidays decorations, and I was very impressed with the store specially with the cosmetic department. The person working there was a young blonde girl on her thirties, she was very helpful and very professional. I also would like to compliment the manager with curly hair and glasses she was very friendly. I will definitely be back for my holidays shopping."

"My complaint is at checkout with an associate named Judy. In which I was informed she is one of the managers. I arrived to her register with no greeting. The only communication to me was my total. Her interaction was with another cashier and not with the customer. Once she was done scanned and bagged my items she walks away from the register/customer. She went to look at the schedule to see what time an employee shift start which she wasn’t happy that the employee was due to be in at 3pm and announces it to the other cashie. Her disposition was cold and rude. She handed me my receipt with a look of distain. TJ Max need to implement and enforce customer service and hold management staff accountable as associates will adapt the same attitude."
