One Hundred Percent Capri

"We spent almost $7,000 in this place. One size they didn’t have was mailed to us. Upon receiving, it did not fit. We requested a credit when we mailed back and were told no. We live in Georgia and when we made a trip about two months later the store was closed and directed to 1st Floor and there was no store. We called multiple times and went immediately to a voicemail that didn’t even indicate it was the store. We have no response and out over $800. Agree with previous review that while articles are stylish this place is unresponsive and doesn’t seem to care about customer experience. We’re out $800 and after spending so much, very disappointing and can’t recommend At all."

"Two and a half months ago I purchased three shirts which costed me over $1,000.00. After about three weeks I called the store to report that one of the snaps on one of my new shirts was not working. At that time I was told that they would replace the shirt. Three weeks later I called the store and I was told they were going to repair the shirt when they get a new snap mechanism from Italy. After that I have not heard from them. A week ago I started calling the store. Four times I was told that the store manager would call me back. I have still not received any correspondence. If you have money to burn go ahead and shop there but if something goes wrong keep in mind that they do not care."
