"The store is nice and organized. Great job there. My star has nothing to do with the appearance of the store or quality of the clothes. They don't offer the most basic accommodation. I selected a nice black dress, blue dress, pair of slacks, off shoulder sweater. As the cashier was setting up my items so I could pay, I looked around and asked for the restroom. So she knew that I wasn't some random person asking to use the restroom... I was instructed to go outside the store, to a cafeteria, and find a restroom to use there. What??!! Ashley's does not sell cheap clothes. Well made, but expensive. As a paying customer, why should I have to go to a cafeteria a few doors down in order to use a restroom?! Tacky."

"I went in 2 times in my life. The first to ask for a job application and I was laughed at and told that my kind doesn't have a place there. The second was years later (all different people from my first visit). I walked in and was not helped or even asked if I needed help and didn't even acknowledge me when I walked in. Everyone else after me was sweetly greeted and asked if they were looking for something specific or if they needed help they would be close by to help. They do indeed have great clothes at a fair price."
