"Today 12/29/23 has the longest checkout line I've ever seen in my many years shopping here. The problem is that they only have 4 cashiers working. Today is a big shopping day. The management knows this, but obviously they care more about making money than their customers shopping experience. Shame on them"

"This Marshall’s has wonderful merchandise, great staff and overall service is wonderful. I’m writing this review due to the air conditioning issues the store has experienced. I have shopped for the past few months in this location and the AC has been out of order and the store is stuffy. I went today actually to grab some new sneakers and with the stuffiness in the store decided not to shop. Unacceptable with this unusual weather in Florida that a corporate business has not fixed this issue. Hopeful this review brings notice to the issue"

"This Marshalls needs major changes from store merchandise quality, to the cleanliness of the store, the restrooms, and the service. Today after making the long line that is always the morm at this particular location I made my way to the register and advised the employee assisting me that I had a return and purchase. I had a receipt for my return. I was returning a pair of pants and a ceramic pineapple that I purchased at Marshalls Home Goods at 13619 SOUTH DIXIE HIGHWAY COLONIAL PALMS SHOPPING MIAMI, FL 33176. As I removed the pineapple from the same wrapping and bag that I received the night before I noticed it was broken. I did not notice when I purchased it neither did the associate at the store where I purchased the items at. The associate that was assisting me referred to Claribel and Maria for further assistance. Claribel identified Maria as the manager. I was told by both ladies that I needed to return the $4.99 broken Pineapple to the original store where I purchased it at. I was completely surprised that for an item less than 5.00 dollars, they wanted me to drive 17 miles to return the item for which I had a receipt. I will make every attempt to contact the corporate office to determine if this is company policy. As I think it is absurd and an inconvenience to the customer and I have never encountered this problem in the past. I told the associate assisting me that I understood she was doing her job however it didn’t make sense to me. I showed her the number of receipts I carry in a small zipper bag of Marshall's receipts for items that I have purchased in 2023 alone. This was the reason I was so upset. Also the lack of assistance by the Manager whom I felt that she could accept the return."

"Clean and friendly staff. The greeter was pleasant and helpful in providing direction. The store is clean and well maintained. The parking lot is large and easy to access. Plenty of parking. Good lighting outside."
