We have same address, last name on our license and I can prove it. Seriously? Just awful and upsetting. Especially with these prices increases."

"Got a pair of AWESOME Jean's today for half off and I had $4 extra off for being a rewards customer....So $14 for the best fit Jean's ever!! The gentleman with the dreads that checked me out was very pleasant and easy on the eyes...Also thank you to the fitting room lady for understanding that I had a big hole in the pants that I was wearing ....and that's why I was there buying new pants...she let me go straight to checkout so I didnt have to put my holey pants back on...over all the plantation store in davie is the best store ever..thank you"

"I went to this store to shop for my daughter. I see a section there which say NOW $4. To my surprise I learnt at the cash register that the dress the mannequin was wearing wasnt for $4 but for $16. I was very disapointed as i fell in love with the dress but couldnt buy it. When i shared my feedback with the employee that it was misleading to show a price on the table and have mannequin wear a different price dress, he had a very cold response to it saying, well only the clothes on the table is $4 & we can put any dresses to the mannequin. Wasnt expecting that from an old navy employee. I used to wear old navy clothes when I was a kid and trusted that brand enough that I shop for my kids here. But i believe the brand has become too corporate to care about its customers sentiments."

"Do not shop here if you expect to have any kind of competent management. It is ridiculous that I bought product online from the old navy website. A few of the shirts were labeled the Gap. They would not take them back because they stated it has to go to a Gap store.. Adding to the aggravation the Str Mgr there said "oh you can go to the factory outlet in sawgrass". Obviously incompetent because you cannot return anything to the Gap factory. They told me" oh drive down to Miami". Used to shop here for the family no more!!"

"All the latest old navy outfits for women are at this location. Also supplies for infants and toddlers are there. The quality of products are great and staff are very polite and welcoming. I had a wonderful experience there."
