"I’ve visited this store routinely when I’m in area and have never had a problem. However, I visited the store today, and was very dismayed by the poor customer service. An associate, Jan, was not helpful, borderline rude. I left today without making a purchase, and I doubt I will return to the store which is disappointing. The other three associates were nice, particularly Linda who stepped in and helped me find a couple shirts. Unfortunately they did not have stock in my size. I hope that you will work with your staff to improve the customer experience."
