"TERRIBLE experience and Marcella herself doesn’t do what she promises. Not only did they not care that my never worn pants were defective, they wouldn’t even offer a store credit (despite being within the 7days of purchase. Marcella said she would call with a status update but never bothered. So once they have your money, clearly they don’t care about the followup. Save yourself the hassle and shop next door."

"This business is not being run the right way. Today my God-daughter and her best friend walked in while I was sitting outside at Starbucks chatting with a friend, both had money with them. They came out to check in with me twice and when they went back the woman working there told them "You have no money, leave. Come back with Mommy!" They came out to notify me & were visibly distraught. When I finished we went back to see and were still asked why we were there. The employee maning the store mentioned that she just does not deal with teenagers. I replied that I came with them to comply with her request and asked if there was any problem or if they had done anything wrong. She replied no but that she did not want to be responsible for any unaccompanied minors. I understand and went there with them in order for them to decide if they were going to purchase a bag or not. another customer rudely chimed in and both of them got loud and very rude. in the end, I'm glad we did not give them our business and we will not be back!"

"The BEST treatment every time !! No judgement by any of those ladies, ever! I've never been in there with makeup on nor my hair done(not intentionally) and I've always left feeling more beautiful and confident than when I shyly walked in.. ..AND with a great purchase!! Their clothes are very reasonably priced, sassy, sexy, classy, and well made."

"Less stars would have been better. The “bully” in the previous comments may have been trying to return something that he couldn’t get exchanged or get a refund for. The return policy is 7 days after purchase, NO EXCEPTIONS, therefore, if your even one day over you can’t get anything. Remember this ladies, they fight fiercely for that policy. Pretty sad considering I don’t live anywhere near the store and can’t get to the Galleria Mall every day so I’m am out of luck. I spent over $360.00 there and the sales lady wouldn’t exchange the earrings for another pair because they were 2 left earrings. She tried to tell me about her 7 day policy. I was only 8 days out. AMAZINGLY BAD POLICY!!! Also I’d like to add, the first sales lady basically ambushed me in sales. I bought things I didn’t need because of her pressure. I’m 60 years old I am easily intimidated."
