"Horrible customer service in this store as well as their executive level customer service team. I spent hours and hours and weeks and weeks trying to resolve a problem that was their mistake. Upper management was disingenuous in my opinion about attempting to help me. For a company that spends big money attempting to get new customers yet nothing to keep them them is ridiculous. I will never purchase another item from them again.... and they couldn't care less."
