"Usually no problem, in and out, buy shirts and jeans from them regularly. Today at 1:15ish I walk in and the saleswoman is checking her phone. No one was in there, no problem. After being in the store for a few minutes and no contact I figure I'll just help myself. again, no problem doing it but the shelves are stacked so I pull a few shirts to get my size. She finally asks if she can help. I tell her thanks I got and and her response, deadpan was "well you're destroying my shelves. Not jokingly, no smile. I put the shirt down and walk out and she asks if something is wrong. Yeah man, nobody wants to buy something and catch an attitude. I just said no thank you and left. I'll buy their stuff online or the outlet close by. There was no reason to be so rude and I wouldn't recommend going back. Sorry I interrupted your employees day and had to try to help myself."

She took the time to listen to what I was looking for and was amazing in her suggestions of sizes and styles. "TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Tried to return an item I purchased online and picked up at the Boca Raton Town Center Mall.....something that should have been a simple task. Well....they made me wait over an hour and nothing got solved. Pretty much gave me the good ole run around in person and over the phone....so here I am with a bracelet that was sold damaged and with 20$ less in my pocket. Last time I’m shopping here. I’ve had better customer service at Marshall’s."
