"I tried to return a brand new dress tags attached bought in person in the Boca store. I loved it and therefore mustve thrown out the reciept. My husband didnt like it. I thought I could return it because they always ask for my phone number and it goes on my account as purchased. I must have paid cash because it did not come up on my credit cards. (Cash is still King) They would not look up my account with my phone #. I was not allowed to return it. So then why take my phone number for every single transaction while I'm there? So Im done with this store for real...good luck to you."

"It deserves ZERO STARS because of the EMBARRASSMENT my wife's been through TODAY ( Dec 31th ) at 1:40 pm thank to one of the staff's behavior. Me and my wife came to the store really excited to purchase many items until the moment she went to the fitting room. There was a short line where a Blonde ma'am was managing the entrance. This associate had a huge lack of education when dealing with my wife who is learning English and this staff was stressed and rude to my wife. She even pushed the cart that had my wife's clothes against her and she almost fell on the ground ! When I came closer and questioned, the associate was avoiding talking to me and going inside the fitting room space. My wife got so sad that she started crying in front of the people and we had to leave! I even said "ma'am , I am doing a question in English, can you answer to me"? I almost called 911. It may be a problem for any foreign person on vacation or residents who decide to purchase here. We are never coming back."
